Return and Refund Policy
At CozyBrew, we want you to love your mug warmer. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for returns:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
How to start a return:
- Email us at aurelle.tt.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective)
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees (if any were charged) are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items: If your CozyBrew mug warmer arrives damaged or isn't working properly, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
Exchanges: Want a different color instead of a refund? Let us know in your return request and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
